Job Summary

Leading projects and serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Business Systems Specialist will plan, analyze, develop, implement, and monitor business processes and systems while collaborating with stakeholders and managing technology projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and documents business process design, recommending improvements
• Manages technology projects, providing status updates to stakeholders and ensuring issue resolution
• Collaborates with management and end-users to define procedures and deliver training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience in managing multiple projects across organizations
• Knowledge of current technologies and ability to diagnose advanced technology problems
