Senior Business Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Technical Consultant will develop business and application architecture strategies, oversee project implementations, and serve as a strategic systems advisor to deliver sustainable solutions for complex software implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural review sessions and provide oversight on go/no-go architectural decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect integration processes and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tactical and strategic plans for large projects and initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of business or systems analyst experience
- Experience managing vendors to contractual agreements with defined service levels
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, and/or SQL
- Ability to provide 24x7 global on-call production support as needed
