Senior Business Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Transformation Analyst will collaborate across departments to enhance growth and performance by applying analytical capabilities and leveraging AI to improve business processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supports transformation initiatives that align with organizational growth objectives and deliver measurable impact
• Engages with stakeholders to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with goals
• Utilizes AI tools to automate workflows and enhance decision-making while driving adoption through change management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field preferred
• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or equivalent education and experience required
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations
