Job Summary
Leading programmatic efforts to drive operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Business Transformation Manager will collaborate with business and IT teams to implement strategic recommendations, perform gap analytics, and coach associates, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish strategic partnerships by building trust and demonstrating value across business and technology
- Lead large-scale workshops and initiatives impacting significant numbers of employees and business functions
- Independently identify and quantify measurable business benefits from transformation and operational excellence initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or organizational change management
- Experience in Medicaid is preferred
- Certifications in Organizational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, Six Sigma) are preferred
- Proven experience in project management and external consulting/auditing
