Senior Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Leading programmatic efforts to drive operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Business Transformation Manager will collaborate with business and IT teams to implement strategic recommendations and coach associates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish strategic partnerships by building trust and demonstrating value across diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead large-scale workshops and initiatives impacting significant portions of the organization, including process mapping and root cause analysis
• Independently identify and quantify measurable business benefits resulting from transformation initiatives, including operational excellence and strategic planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, or organizational change management
• Experience in external consulting, customer journey/experience, or IT solution/architecture
• Preferred certifications in Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma, PMP, etc.)
• Familiarity with the Healthcare Industry is preferred
