Senior Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Leading programmatic efforts to drive operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Business Transformation Manager will collaborate with business and IT teams to implement strategic recommendations, conduct customer journey mapping, and mentor associates in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strategic partnerships by gaining business and technology knowledge and building trust with stakeholders
• Lead large-scale workshops and initiatives impacting multiple business functions, ensuring effective collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Develop high-quality executive deliverables that include findings and strategic roadmaps based on validated results and measurable business benefits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or organizational change management
• Experience with external consulting, customer journey mapping, or project management
• Preferred certifications in Organizational Change Management, Six Sigma, or PMP
• Background in Medicare and Duals is preferred
