Job Summary

To support a dynamic supply chain environment, the full-time Senior Buyer will source and purchase non-stock products, manage daily purchasing activities, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of customer orders, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase non-stock products, including office supplies and specialty print jobs
• Manage purchasing activities for drop ship, special order, and wholesaler-sourced products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience
• Experience in drop ship, non-stock, or special-order purchasing environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume transactions
• Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating sourcing options
• Working knowledge of office products and supply chain operations
