Job Summary
Supporting complex government contracting programs, the remote contract Senior Buyer with Security Clearance will manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier management, and negotiations while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of procurement activities for government programs
- Conduct market research and develop RFQs, RFPs, and solicitation documents for strategic sourcing
- Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of government procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government acquisition regulations
- Experience developing and managing RFQs, RFPs, contracts, and supplier negotiations
