Job Summary
Providing expertise in analyzing technical learning needs, the full-time Senior BWRX-300 Operations Training Instructor will design and deliver training solutions, focusing on the development of Initial and Continuing Training Programs for nuclear technologies, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs and design training solutions for BWR/ABWR/BWRX-300 technologies
- Contribute to the quality oversight and maintenance of training materials and evaluation strategies
- Lead training program reviews to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Quality Training
- Experience in training program development and implementation under INPO and NRC Regulatory Frameworks
- Knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant technologies, including BWR and PWR
- Experience with Initial and Requalification Certification Examination development and delivery
- Familiarity with Computer Based Training (CBT) implementation and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
