Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior C/C++ Linux Technical Lead to serve as a Techno Functional Lead on a critical enterprise application modernization initiative, focusing on troubleshooting and enhancing large, interconnected C/C++ codebases in mission-critical environments.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within large, mature C/C++ codebases, ensuring system stability and performance
- Lead code-review processes and provide technical governance for builds and releases, assessing code changes prior to merge/release
- Conduct deep root-cause analysis and drive remediation of technical debt and improvements in code quality and system stability
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in C/C++ and legacy enterprise applications, particularly with mainframe migrations
- Proven ability to diagnose complex runtime, memory, and application behavior issues
- Experience in Linux troubleshooting, including application, services, and log analysis
- Familiarity with connectors, interfaces, and distributed system troubleshooting
- Mandatory experience with ZTPF and technical governance for builds/releases
