Senior CAD Manager

Job Summary

As a strategic leader and technical expert, the full-time remote Senior Space Data and CAD Manager will oversee CAD systems, drawing management, and spatial data governance, ensuring accurate and standardized workplace information for clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise standards for CAD, BIM, and space data management, including quality protocols and documentation practices
• Lead the integration of CAD drawings with IWMS and CAFM platforms to support accurate reporting and operational workflows
• Oversee space data governance activities, including data validation and audit controls, to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
• Seven or more years of experience in CAD administration and spatial data management within a corporate real estate environment
• Deep expertise in AutoCAD and management of complex drawing environments
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as Archibus or TRIRIGA
• Demonstrated experience leading space data quality and governance programs across large portfolios
