Job Summary
Supporting the management of capital structure and coordinating with Treasury Operations, the full-time Senior Capital Markets Analyst will focus on cash management, liquidity forecasting, and capital-related financing transactions in a flexible hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain liquidity and cash flow projections, analyzing trends and funding needs
- Assist in managing capital structure activities and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to cash management processes and treasury operations
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline; MBA, CPA, CTP, and/or CFA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Treasury, liquidity management, and capital structure
- Professional expertise in capital markets transactions and cash management principles
- Advanced knowledge of treasury management systems and financial reporting tools
- Experience in corporate financial planning and analysis or treasury functions preferred
