Senior Captive Account Manager

Job Summary

Driven by a commitment to exceptional service, the full-time Senior Captive Account Manager will manage financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and client coordination for captive insurance companies in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate financial reporting for captive insurance companies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Complete all regulatory filings required by state and captive domiciles while managing premium tax accounting
• Coordinate with actuaries, auditors, and other stakeholders to monitor financial metrics and support new captive formations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in captive insurance, accounting, or financial management
• Demonstrated experience with premium tax accounting
• Strong understanding of captive insurance structures and actuarial coordination
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems
