Job Summary
Driving the strategy and roadmap for Lemonade's Car line, the full-time Senior Car Insurance Product Manager will lead a high-performing team, enhance product offerings, and champion AI-first methodologies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for key areas of Lemonade Car, prioritizing profitable growth across new customer segments
- Build and coach a team of insurance product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
- Design and improve processes for product changes from concept through regulatory approval, enhancing speed, quality, and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of P&C experience, with a minimum of 6 years in personal lines car insurance state or product management
- 1+ year of direct management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for identifying trends and driving action
- Strong collaborative spirit and superior organizational and project management capabilities
