Senior Case Manager
Job Summary
Supporting plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, the full-time Senior Case Manager will manage case documentation, coordinate with clients and medical providers, and ensure efficient case progression while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases, including insurance communications and claim management
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to support case progression
- Maintain accurate case documentation and assist with case-related activities under attorney supervision
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management
- Experience handling personal injury claims, including familiarity with no-fault and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims
- Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and case management skills
