Senior Case Manager
Job Summary
Supporting plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, the full-time Senior Case Manager will manage a caseload of 80 to 120 cases while coordinating with clients, medical providers, and attorneys in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution
- Maintain accurate case documentation and activity records in Litify
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, including insurance carriers and medical providers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management
- Familiarity with no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims
- Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and case management skills
