Senior Case Manager
Job Summary
Managing plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, the full-time Senior Case Manager will coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to ensure efficient case progression while working remotely from Argentina.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
- Coordinate insurance communications, medical treatment, and claim management to support timely case resolution
- Maintain accurate case documentation and monitor claim status to prevent delays in case progression
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management
- Experience handling personal injury claims, including familiarity with no-fault and bodily injury claims
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
