Senior Cashiering Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support efficient client money movement, the remote Senior Cashiering Operations Associate will manage ACH, domestic and international wires, RTP, checks, and internal journals, ensuring timely and compliant cash processing while strengthening operational controls and reducing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance controls across money movement workflows, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards
• Review, validate, and approve client money movement requests, processing transactions accurately within established SLAs
• Serve as the primary operational contact for custodians and banking partners, preparing operational reports and supporting audits and special projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, banking, or cashiering
• Direct experience processing money movements (ACH, wires, checks, journals, RTP preferred)
• Strong command of operational risk and fraud controls
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands while effectively communicating with stakeholders
