Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing moderate-severity Bodily Injury and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist claims, the hybrid Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster will independently handle claims from investigation through resolution, utilizing expertise in coverage analysis, liability determination, and negotiation to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage moderate-severity Bodily Injury and UM/UIM claims from investigation through resolution
• Analyze coverage, determine liability, evaluate damages, and negotiate fair claim settlements
• Conduct comprehensive investigations and manage litigated claims while collaborating with attorneys and other stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of casualty claims adjusting experience
• Completion of the Casualty Claims Training Program
• Bachelor's degree, associate degree with related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Experience communicating with attorneys, medical providers, and customers
