Senior Category Manager
Job Summary
Leading category strategies and insights for the Grocery channel, the full-time Senior Category Manager will manage retailer relationships, drive analytic capabilities, and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead category, shopper, and performance insights across multiple retailers, ensuring accuracy and actionable storytelling
- Serve as the primary category leader for retailers, aligning insights and strategic recommendations with client needs
- Mentor and develop a category and insights team, fostering a culture of collaboration and analytical excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15+ years in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, with experience in Business Analytics, Insights, Sales, or Category Management
- Proficiency in retail data and analytics tools such as Circana, Nielsen/NielsenIQ, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong analytical and storytelling skills
