Job Summary
Based in Franklin, TN, the full-time Senior Category Manager will lead data-driven strategies to drive growth for Mars Petcare across Amazon and Chewy, collaborating in-office while allowing for occasional remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Synthesize data from various sources to create compelling selling stories that enhance category growth and improve conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to recommend actions that optimize product visibility and conversion on Pureplay platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop category growth strategies and provide insights for customer-specific business plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of category management or retail analytics experience, preferably in CPG
- Experience with NielsenIQ, Stackline, or similar market-data tools
- Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals
- Ability to use imperfect data for strategic decision-making
