Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the hybrid Senior CCM Consultant will perform detailed analysis and migration activities for OpenText Exstream applications, ensuring effective delivery of customer communication management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and detailed analysis of existing CCM applications and operational dependencies
- Lead migration activities involving OpenText Exstream and ensure functional equivalence of communications
- Translate business and technical logic into target-state correspondence designs, including templates and data mappings
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions
- Mandatory experience with OpenText Exstream, including design and development of customer communications
- Experience with at least one additional CCM platform, such as SmartCOMM or Quadient Inspire
- Strong knowledge of CCM development concepts, including templates, layouts, and business rules
- Understanding of end-to-end CCM implementation, including data integration and production support
