Senior CDI Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior CDI Systems and Analytics Analyst will serve as the primary technical and analytical resource for CDI leadership, focusing on data extraction, reporting, and workflow optimization while supporting Solventum implementation and ongoing system enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, validate, and securely submit raw data files to Solventum, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols
• Develop and validate backend queries, extracts, and reports in Solventum and Epic, maintaining oversight of report logic and data integrity
• Translate CDI leadership requests into clear specifications for system configurations and workflow optimizations, coordinating with IT and vendor teams as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, health information management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least five years of healthcare application support or analytics experience, including two years in CDI, coding, or inpatient revenue cycle systems
• Hands-on experience with Solventum and Epic, including reporting and workflow integration
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of inpatient CDI workflows, query lifecycles, and quality measures relevant to the healthcare industry
