Senior Certification Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Certification department, the full-time Senior Certification Specialist will process and reconcile VA educational benefits, monitor student enrollments, and collaborate with various departments to resolve certification inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process student enrollments in compliance with Department of Veterans Affairs regulations
- Liaise with internal departments and students to address escalated certification questions and concerns
- Develop and maintain training materials and job aids for internal use
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Two years of experience in a higher education setting, preferably in a Veterans Affairs Office or Student Advising
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Enrollment Manager systems is preferred
