Senior Change Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare enterprise, the remote contract Senior Change, Release and Deployment Analyst will oversee the change management process, manage release schedules, and ensure the functionality of production systems following updates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery and support, including planning and scheduling changes and releases
• Review change requests for compliance and accuracy, ensuring all checkpoints are met in the release cycle
• Collaborate with the IT change and release manager to enhance change management processes and conduct regular audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in change management and release processes within an IT environment
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
• Ability to analyze incident logs and identify process non-compliance
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage operational risks
