Senior Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
Leading enterprise AI enablement initiatives, the Senior Change Management Consultant will work remotely, preferably within Ohio, to develop and execute change management strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the AI Center of Excellence to provide change management expertise for AI initiatives
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support AI solution implementation
- Drive stakeholder engagement activities to prepare leaders and employees for the adoption of new AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related disciplines
- Proven experience leading change initiatives for large, complex, enterprise-level projects
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
- Experience working in healthcare environments preferred
- Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
