Senior Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead and support enterprise AI enablement initiatives in a remote capacity, preferably for Ohio-based candidates, who will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and drive stakeholder engagement for successful AI adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to provide change management expertise for enterprise AI initiatives
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and deliverables to support AI solution implementation
- Drive stakeholder engagement activities to prepare leaders and employees for the adoption of new AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or project management
- Proven experience leading change initiatives for large, complex, enterprise-level projects
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience working in healthcare environments preferred
- Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
