Senior Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support law firm and corporate legal clients in adopting new technologies and processes, the full-time Senior Change Management Consultant will deliver change enablement engagements, develop adoption plans, and conduct stakeholder assessments while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of change enablement engagements and develop practical adoption plans for clients
- Create tailored communications and training materials while conducting stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
- Track adoption metrics and provide actionable recommendations based on findings
Required Qualifications
- Experience in change management, adoption, training, or transformation programs within consulting or legal environments
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- Familiarity with law firm or corporate legal department operations and decision-making processes
- Experience with AI, knowledge management, and legal technology change programs
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
