Senior Change Management Lead
Job Summary
As a temporary contractor, the Senior Change Management Lead will serve as the primary strategic advisor to Corporate Affairs and MGS leadership, leading the overall people change strategy and governance model while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead assessment of the MGS change portfolio, including impacts, capacity, and risks
- Facilitate prioritization and tradeoff discussions with senior leadership
- Develop and maintain the MGS People Change Strategy and integrated change roadmap
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformations or organizational restructurings
- Demonstrated success working directly with executives and senior leadership teams
- Strong facilitation and executive coaching skills
- Experience in complex, global organizations
