Senior Change Management Manager
Job Summary
Leading organization-wide change management and internal communications efforts, the full-time Senior Change Management Manager will operationalize established frameworks, develop communication strategies, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize and improve CDP's change management framework, leading change intake and scoping for assigned requests
- Develop and coordinate communication strategies to support understanding and adoption across various internal channels
- Partner with leadership to advance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational change efforts
- Experience advising leaders and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills to translate data and feedback into actionable insights
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Salesforce, and internal learning platforms
