Senior Change Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team focused on high-profile client projects, the full-time Senior Change Management Manager will implement change management strategies, communicate organizational changes, and oversee project portfolios in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adopt corporate strategies, structures, and technologies to support multiple initiatives
• Direct and manage a portfolio of projects requiring change management strategy and plans
• Assess changes across projects and create dashboards to visualize project progress and interdependencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience; change management qualification (PROSCI) is preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
