Senior Change Manager
Job Summary
Collaborating with business leaders across the enterprise, the full-time remote Senior Change Manager will refine and apply a customized change management methodology to support significant organizational changes in process, technology, and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of change strategies, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each initiative
- Facilitate collaboration with key leaders to secure successful change sponsorship and create practical change management deliverables
- Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders, providing guidance and expanding the change management methodology across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end change management using established methodologies
- Certification in CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, or ADKAR (required)
- Preferred experience in consulting, Agile, Lean, or as an actuary
- Industry experience is preferred
