Senior Change Manager
Job Summary
Leading the people side of large-scale enterprise technology and process change, the full-time remote Senior Change Manager will develop and execute organizational change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption while ensuring accountability and transparency across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops enterprise change management strategies and actionable plans tailored to transformation programs
- Plans and manages change workstreams with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring rigorous tracking
- Builds and maintains relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, coaching them on their roles in change initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management for large, complex initiatives
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation in large, matrixed organizations
- Hands-on experience supporting major IT/technology programs such as platform modernization or ERP implementations
- Deep knowledge of structured change methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
