Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Senior Change Manager will oversee the development and implementation of organizational change management plans, ensuring minimal disruption during transitions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead information gathering sessions to identify stakeholders impacted by strategic change initiatives
- Develop robust change management plans, including communication, education, and engagement activities
- Guide and mentor Change Specialists, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered
- Consulting and customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace apps, with AI fluency required
- Experience in an Agile environment preferred
