Senior Channel Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a global partner business, the full-time Senior Channel Operations Manager will manage operational processes, data, and measurement systems for reseller, distributor, and referral motions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational business partner to the VP, Partners, translating global partner strategy into scalable processes
• Build the partner measurement foundation, defining attribution logic and establishing reporting and dashboards for partner leadership
• Design and operationalize deal registration processes while managing channel conflict resolution in collaboration with various departments

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree is preferred; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
• 6+ years of revenue, sales, or business operations experience, including direct channel or partner operations
• Demonstrated experience in building partner reporting and attribution from an undefined state
• Working knowledge of deal registration design and channel conflict management
• Experience supporting a global partner organization with understanding of regional differences in reseller and distributor motions
