Senior Channel Partner Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the channel partner division, the full-time remote Senior Channel Partner Analyst will manage operational execution for reseller clients, including RFP coordination, reporting, and partner enablement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage operational execution across the Channel Partner function, including reporting, analytics, and opportunity coordination
• Serve as a central point of coordination among channel partners, internal stakeholders, and strategic growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track channel performance and provide actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, account management, or channel/partner operations
• Experience with reporting and data analysis, including interpreting information for insights or recommendations
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) preferred
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across cross-functional teams effectively
