Senior Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Senior Resolution Manager will apply claims management expertise to analyze and resolve complex General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication among all parties involved.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate courses of action for resolution
- Interact extensively with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY preferred
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
