Job Summary

Managing complex bodily injury claims remotely, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster - AL will analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims using analytical skills
• Interact with various parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
