Job Summary

Managing complex bodily injury claims and third-party auto liability, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster AL BI will work remotely to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims while applying claims management experience
• Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the claim process to facilitate timely resolutions
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and other relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
