Job Summary

Managing complex bodily injury claims and third-party auto liability, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster AL BI will work remotely to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims while applying claims management experience
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and knowledge of nationwide jurisdictions
• Understanding of accepted industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business-related software
