Job Summary

Investigating and settling complex general liability claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster Florida Licensed will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle high-exposure claims while determining coverage and liability
• Communicate action plans effectively to various parties involved in the claims process
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and best practices in claims processing

Required qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
• Florida claims adjuster license or ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficient in claims and business software
• Bachelor's degree preferred
