Job Summary

To support effective claims management, the fully remote Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster - Bodily Injury will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant states preferred (TX, FL, NY)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
