Job Summary

Managing complex Auto and General Liability municipality claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster - Illinois Licensed will utilize their claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact extensively with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim file outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with relevant claims and business software
