Processing corrected claims remotely, the temporary Senior Claims Analyst will manage claims in QNXT, ensuring accurate adjustments and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Process corrected claims in QNXT and document all adjustments accurately
- Review original claims to identify provider-requested changes and complete necessary adjustments
- Utilize various systems, including QNXT Claims and Business Objects, for claims processing and reporting
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience processing and adjusting claims in QNXT
- Proven experience identifying and processing corrected claims
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing claim changes
- Ability to clearly document claim adjustments and related activities
