Job Summary
Processing corrected claims in QNXT, the temporary Senior Claims Analyst will review both corrected and original claims to identify changes and make necessary adjustments while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Process corrected claims in QNXT according to established policies and procedures
- Review corrected claims against the original claim to identify provider-requested changes
- Document corrections and all steps completed in the call-tracking system
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience processing and adjusting claims in QNXT
- Experience identifying and processing corrected claims
- Ability to document claim adjustments and related activities clearly
