Job Summary

Independently managing complex legacy and long-latency claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Consultant - Mass Tort & Environmental will focus on sophisticated claims involving asbestos, environmental contamination, and other mass tort exposures while applying advanced coverage analysis and strategic claims handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-exposure casualty claims involving historical CGL, umbrella, and excess liability policies
• Handle complex mass tort claims, including asbestos and environmental contamination, across multiple U.S. jurisdictions and Canada
• Collaborate with internal and external counsel to develop effective litigation and resolution strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling mass tort, asbestos, or environmental claims
• Experience with complex coverage analysis and excess liability policies
• Proven ability to manage claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution
• Ability to interpret historical insurance policy language effectively
