Senior Claims Consultant

Job Summary

Managing high-severity, complex insurance claims, the full-time Senior Claims Consultant will focus on coverage analysis, policy interpretation, and strategic claim resolution for Employment Practices Liability and Professional Liability claims in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret EPL, Professional Liability, BOP, and GL policies while drafting coverage position letters
• Oversee complex claims investigations and develop strategic approaches for resolution, including litigation oversight
• Negotiate settlements and manage reserves, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing, or 7-10+ years of senior-level experience in handling complex liability claims
• Active adjuster licenses and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
• Demonstrated expertise in insurance coverage analysis and policy interpretation
• Strong understanding of liability, damages, and litigation strategy
• Experience managing high-frequency EPL programs and familiarity with panel counsel management
