Senior Claims Manager, EMEA

Job Summary

Seeking a high-velocity regional operator, the full-time Senior Claims Manager, EMEA will establish the operational foundation for hyper-growth in a heavily regulated environment, driving AI and digital automation strategies while managing a high-performing claims organization remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and oversee a high-performing claims organization, ensuring efficient daily operations and managing escalations
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer and financial outcomes within the claims organization
• Partner with Product, Service Design, and Technology teams to drive AI and automation initiatives within the claims platform

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of claims leadership experience in a high-growth Insurtech or Insurance environment
• Over 10 years of experience handling Travel, A&H, Marine, or Motor claims, with multi-LOB experience preferred
• Deep familiarity with cross-border European and UK insurance regulatory environments and operational requirements
• Demonstrated experience in driving workflow automation and improving operational processes
• Experience managing BPO/TPA partner relationships to strict SLAs and QA metrics
