Senior Claims Oversight Analyst
Job Summary
Providing oversight of delegated claims operations, the full-time Senior Claims Oversight Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for complex claims, evaluate coverage determinations, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and recommend actions on high-dollar, complex claims and evaluate escalated claim matters
- Support audits and monitor compliance with carrier requirements and regulations
- Analyze claims data and implement process improvements to enhance performance and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in insurance claims, claims operations, compliance, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of claims handling, coverage interpretation, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with audits, compliance initiatives, or fraud investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred
