Senior Claims Representative

Job Summary

Managing an inventory of bodily injury claims, the full-time Senior Claims Representative will evaluate compensability, conduct investigations, and negotiate settlements while working fully remote from the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate claims to determine compensability and liability
• Plan and conduct investigations to confirm coverage and assess damages
• Negotiate claim settlements and authorize payments within authority limits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling
• Progress toward a professional designation such as Associate in Claims (AIC) preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims handling procedures
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize caseloads for timely resolution
